Green Smoothie

I’m one of those who never stops eating and has snack after snack. But even though I love fatty food and everything that’s covered with chocolate and lots more unhealthy stuff, I’m also the healthy one. So I’m always after the snacks that combine the taste of sweetness with something very healthy.

This one goes with the green Smoothie trend and is so easy – there are no excuses for having unhealthy snacks anymore!

All you need is:
  • A handful of spinach
  • One glass of orange juice
  • One frozen banana
Instructions:

Just put these three ingredients in a mixer, wait two minutes and voilà you got you’re Smoothie. You will feel so healthy afterwards, I promise. Just try the tastes you like. I also had one Smoothie with an apple or pineapple instead of banana. But the one with banana I liked most.
